Welcome to Cocoplum #5!

Fully Equipped: Lovely, light, and airy Island-style beachfront condo with fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, large flat screen TVs in the living area and master bedroom, cable, air conditioning, and ceiling fans in every room, internet and a telephone for local calls.  Enjoy your morning coffee prepared fresh in your Keurig coffee maker on the covered verandah overlooking the Caribbean Sea!  A perfect patio for outdoor dining to watch the magnificent sunsets.

Accommodation: The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a King bed in the master room, a Queen bed, and 1 twin bed in the 2nd bedroom.  (Sleeps 5).

Inclusions: 4 complimentary lightweight folding beach chairs are also provided for beach time.

Beach Access: Many visitors choose Cocoplum Resort for its proximity to beautiful beaches. Guests can access the beach directly from the resort, making it convenient for swimming, snorkeling, and enjoying the sun.

Convenient Location: The property is very conveniently located on Southern Seven Mile Beach and has a freshwater oceanfront swimming pool with a BBQ area, lounge chairs/umbrellas and a lighted tennis court.  You will have a free private designated parking space.

The condo is situated in a quiet and secluded location yet close to a wonderful grocery store on the Island, (you can even get your groceries delivered), top bars and restaurants, a gym, bakery, pharmacy, and much more!  Some of the best snorkeling on Seven Mile Beach is just beyond the condo, at the Wreck of the Gamma, truly amazing!

Relaxing beach condo complex
Really enjoyed the visit and our stay at this property. Beautiful grounds and very comfortable unit. Condo had everything we needed. Other guests were very friendly. Hope to return again.

lovely spot for families
We enjoyed our stay and the privacy this location has. The unit was clean and comfortable, the kitchen is dated and could use nicer quality cooking pans and better quality small appliances (toaster, blender etc) but the bathrooms are renovated, the pool is very clean, the beach is beautiful and private and the air conditioning is very cold. We would recommend the unit for a family trip.

Great location, responsive host
Great quiet location with close proximity to commercial areas and 7-mile beach. Jayne is very responsive and accommodative. There are many thoughtful amenities not mentioned such as beach chairs, floats, glad lunch boxes, etc. Kitchen is fully equipped and you can cook a full meal.
