Vail International #408 is a remodeled condo that overlooks the pool and hot tub. New LVT flooring was installed in the summer of 2023. This is an ideal condo for 4 - 6 people. The kitchen features granite countertops and all electric appliances. Do you like to start your ski day with a cup of coffee? If so, you can brew it in the standard 12oz coffee pot in the kitchen with the coffee and filters that are provided. The main level includes a living room, dining area, gas fireplace, flat panel TV, washer/dryer, sleeper sofa, two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a Queen bed with a balcony and the other bedroom has two Twins.

The primary suite is on the second level and features a King bed, private bathroom and a small sitting area with a gas fireplace and a flat panel TV. There is also a balcony that overlooks the outdoor pool and hot tub and you can also see the western slopes of Vail Mountain that go up from Lionshead.

There is an outdoor hot tub and heated pool with views of Vail Mountain.
There are two gas grills available for guest use adjacent to the pool.

There is a small workout room on the property which includes a Peloton bike, Bodycraft Treadmill and Elliptical as well as other weights and workout devices for guest use.
There is a common laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers on the ground floor of the building. Laundry detergent and fabric softener are available for purchase.

Free WiFi is offered. Each unit has its own router and password.
Provided in unit amenities include: paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, dishwasher soap, body/hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hair dryers.

No pets in the rental units at Vail International. There is no smoking allowed in the building.
