Family friendly home/Easy access to campus

3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom house located just over a mile from the Ole Miss campus. Fenced-in backyard and deck for privacy. All bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located upstairs while kitchen, laundry room, 1/2 bath and living room are downstairs. Direct TV available in the living room along with 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Guests will also have access to gas grill. House has parking for 3 full-size vehicles. House includes several other amenities such as a keurig, crib and high chair to limit what is needed for the trip.

HVAC Issues
The Property is located in a very good place close to everything. there are some serious issues with the HVAC system this need to be checked. The upstairs system will not cut off and gets the home entirely to hot during cold nights we had to open all the windows just to sleep and it was 45degrees outside. I personally think its a thermostat problem. If someone wants to contact me I will be glad to discuss the problems we had. Other than the HVAC we enjoyed our stay...

Exactly as described and up-to-date photos
This was a perfect place to stay for my son's graduation from Ole Miss Law school. The place was immaculate and perfect for our five family members. The kitchen was well stocked with almost anything you would need! The outside space would have been perfect had it not rained and been so cool. I would highly recommend you stay here!
