Comprising two extraordinary suites that are located just above a store on Main Street, you'll love the ability to walk to everything on Main St. during the day and then come home to two private, comfortable spaces all to yourself. In each suite, enjoy a fantastic full kitchen, a living area as amazing to behold as it is to experience, two wonderful bedrooms (featuring a king and queen bed, respectively), and a terrific full bathroom featuring a tub/shower.

Being on Main St. and very close to popular late night attractions, like Hondo's and Crossroads, there is the potential for noise. In addition, a flight of stairs must be navigated to reach each of the suite's private entrances.

Things to be aware of:
*This home does accept up to four dogs (two in each suite) but there is a pet fee of $32/dog/night (before tax). In addition, due to the fact that HomeAway/VRBO does not allow us to charge for more than one dog at the time of booking, please let us know if you will be bringing more than one dog, so that we can make sure that you are charged the correct amount. Furthermore, please bring crates for your dogs and crate them in your absence from the house, do not allow the dogs on furniture or beds, and pick up and properly dispose of their waste. If these rules are not followed, there will be an additional $200 charge added to your reservation.

*If you would like to bring more than four dogs or have a pet other than a dog that you'd like to bring on your stay, please ask, as we'd be happy to consider making an exception for your stay.

*Due to the suite's proximity to Main Street and popular late night attractions, please be aware that there is the possibility of noise until early hours in the morning. If you are a light sleeper or generally do not handle noise well, please consider other accommodations.

*Both suites are on the second floor of a building on Main Street, so a flight of stairs must be navigated to reach the suite entrances.

- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm.
- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
- Place all trash in designated containers.
