Beautiful location, but communication was terrible
We arrived on time, but had to wait an hour and 30 minutes for the owner to bring keys. She came upstairs and proceeded to start making beds. Bathrooms were not cleaned, still garbage from last renters. No toilet paper whatsoever, no napkins or paper towels in kitchen, no hair dryer, and no soap or shampoos as advertised. Pan of used grease in oven. Yara said she would return in an hour with shampoo and toilet paper. She arrived after midnight with toilet paper and a bottle of shampoo and conditioner. She brought a hair dryer on our 3rd day. Our key to get inside the apartment was picked up by a child while we were poolside. We searched frantically. We tried contacting Yara for hours and hours. Thankfully the child’s parents found the key and returned it, or we would not have gotten back inside. The reception area has keys for most apartments, but not this one. To this day I have not gotten a response to my emails or texts regarding keys. We had no instructions what to do with the keys when we left. The place would be nice if it was cleaned, maintained and better communication. Love the location, but the rest of the issues took away from any enjoyment we may have had
