The space:

The house is located within a secured gated neighborhood community, known as Hacienda Margarita.

The house is perfectly situated from great adventurous attractions: a few minutes drive from beautiful beaches, ATV/Four-track adventures, Go-Karts, Catamaran & Boat Tours, snorkeling, Fajardo Ferry, horseback riding, bioluminescence kayaking, Golfing Courses and much more!

The house is less than 5-10 minutes driving distance from 2 supermarkets, Wal-Mart, Movie Theater, great restaurants, fast foods and the famous Luquillo “Kioskos” (Food Booths)!

The kitchen is equipped with utensils, pans, plates, coffee maker, etc! As well as having the mechanical essentials including: stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer!

The house has been supplied with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and coolers! Everything you need to have a great time!

We have WIFI as well as SmartTVs that are equipped with Netflix, etc!

Located 45 minutes from the SJU Airport and 1 hour from Old San Juan.

Amazing and relaxing stay
We had a wonderful stay at the property. We had time to enjoy the house, the garden and the pool, and explore the area and beaches around. We loved it!!

Absolutely beautiful !!
Our experience was awesome from start to finish. Jose was the super host that was stated about him in previous reviews. The home is exactly how it is pictured so beautifully! The location is convenient to the beach , many restaurants , amazing attractions, and Walmart for your quick essentials which was perfect for us. We loved our stay and would recommend anyone going to PR to stay here. Thanks Anthina & Family !

Perfect for families
Had a great stay. Perfect location with quick and easy access to beaches, El Yunque and Old San Juan. The house is practical with 4 bedrooms on upper level and really nice big open common space on main level. The yard is absolutely huge. It was hard to get a sense in the photos for just how big it really is. Pool was nice for cooling off at the end of the day. Really liked it!

This was above amazing. I celebrated my 50th at the property and it was so beautiful.
Enzo was very attentive. I would send him a message and he responded immediately. The hot water wasn’t working and it was fixed before you could blink your eye. There is plenty of room for any type of groups. The backyard is great to relax and not worry about being on top of the neighbors. Book and trust me you won’t be disappointed. I wasn’t. Thank you Enel and family. Tell mom I just loved her home. YaVonca

I love going to the beach, visiting the rainforest, paddle boarding, fishing, kayaking at the bioluminescent bay, and reading books.
