This beautifully designed three bedroom, three and a half bathroom home invites the whole family to unwind and enjoy the tide. The cozy king on the first floor and the large bunk room are perfect for the family to spread out and unpack. Head upstairs to the kitchen and living spaces with a great lake view and create memories to last a lifetime! The large primary king suite offers parents a great hideaway for the week.

AMENITIES: Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY *Pet Allergen Alert* - Pets 75 lbs or less allowed with a $200 Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee and additional $500 Refundable Security Deposit, additional fees may be incurred if there is significant wear or damage to the property.

When bringing a pet, please ensure it does not bother other guests with excessive noise, barking, etc. Guests are responsible to keep pets on a leash and pick up after their pets and dispose of waste properly.

Wonderful!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and well equipped. The staff at Cinnamon Shores provided excellent communication and was extremely responsive, professional and polite. The evening activities in the social circle provided a great, easy option for an effortless evening activity. I do miss the charming on-site grocery store though and hope it returns.

Beautiful with a Few Blotches

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed 3 nights in this beautiful home - loved all of the outdoor spaces for the mornings and evenings! Love that you can rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach BUT was disappointed the beach had so much trash! Hoping Cinnamon Shore will encourage their guests to clean their area and then some so we can keep coming back to enjoy this small piece of paradise in Texas! Also, some of the dishes and utensils in the home were dirty - perhaps the dishwasher did not do a good job, but they should have been checked before putting up.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tide Water was the perfect house for my family! It has plenty of space and the bunk room was great for the kids. The location was a good spot, close to the pool and town center and the beach wasn’t too far of a walk. Traveling from Phoenix, it would have been nice to know that beach/pool towels are not provided. We ended up having to purchase them there on site, which were overpriced. This was a big disappointment, especially since we traveled so far to stay there. Even so, we would stay here again and bring our own beach/pool towels!

It was nice to have yard space for our fur babies and being able to watch the fireworks from the balcony was icing on the cake. Kitchen had everything we needed and beds were comfy. We love Cinnamon Shore and highly recommend Tide Water!
