Summary:
San Diego is open for business (& vacations)!

This newly constructed studio is completely furnished (linens, towels, etc.). There is a king sized bed, a kitchenette complete with sink, disposal, microwave, toaster oven, spacious fridge and washer/dryer in the unit. The studio has a full bathroom (shower), smart TV, and high speed wifi (that works well enough to take a Zoom meeting on the patio!). Bi-weekly cleaning service for longer stays. Outdoor fridge is stocked with sparkling water and beer; filtered water available in the sink. There is a coffee-maker & fresh coffee.

The Space:
This is a guest suite that is part of a larger home. The suite is self-contained with a separate entrance and totally private and separate from the main home. Also, there is a weightlifting rack and equipment on the property (please let us know in advance if you'd like to use it!). Treadmill + Peloton tread classes available for use upon request/ arrangement with owner.

Guest Access:
This is a private studio connected to a single family home, with it's own private entrance. The patio and outside areas are shared with the other studio on the property.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in a safe, friendly and family-oriented neighborhood. You may find yourself invited to join the owner and neighbors for a Friday night neighborhood cookout (feel free to say no) or impromptu Taco Tuesday on the patio. On any given Saturday, you will probably see kids and dogs running past the house - if you've got a kiddo (or a dog), they will be invited to join!

Getting Around:
In November 2021, the city of San Diego will begin trolley service that will take you to many places in San Diego: the International border, downtown, Little Italy, UCSD, University Town Center (shopping and dining), and more! The station is a 3 minute walk from this home.

This studio is powered by green, solar energy.
