Beautiful Canal Home, 3 Bed/3 Bath, heated pool and spa

Come and enjoy this beautiful private home! This house is centrally located with easy access to the beaches, restaurants and shops. Close to well known Dearborn Street. (Englewood on Dearborn, awesome restaurant with great food, live music and dancing.) 20 minutes to Lemon Bay by water. 4 minutes to Englewood beach.

Large heated pool and spa for those cool evenings. Large lanai. Lower deck right on canal with pivots to take your own boat in and out. No need to trailer boat.

Free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped should you decide to stay in and make a meal. Master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with a direct entry to patio/pool area. The second master bedroom has a queen size bed and this room also has a sliding door which allows for direct entry into pool/patio! The 3rd bedroom also has door to pool/patio area. Large sunroom with pass through kitchen window overlooking pool and canal. 5 Roku TV's. with Comcast basic. antenna. Use of garage.

Family Vacation
This home was perfect for our family and we loved everything the property had to offer. The heated pool was a major plus and we would highly recommend this place to everyone and look forward to booking again.

Fantastic!
This home was fantastic! The place was immaculate, and well stocked. Everything we needed was there, and the pool at hot tub were so nice! The owner was so responsive whenever I messaged her. The home is very comfortable and convenient to dining, the beach, and shopping. We even had a daily visit on the front lawn from a beautiful stork! I highly recommend this property.

We loved staying here! It had plenty of space for each couple to have their own private bath and room. The pool and hot tub were great! Communication was easy & efficient!

My husband and I purchased home in summer of 2019. We updated with fresh paint throughout. We stay at home occasionally but love to share it while we are not there.

Why they chose this property

This home is close to Downtown Englewood and so many fun spots like restaurants on the water. Love to watch the fish jump in the canal. Lemon Bay has tons of dolphins and manatees. Great boating, sailing, fishing, biking, kayaking and so mush more.

What makes this property unique

We love the layout of this home. Large sunroom. We don't even use the living room. Two master bedrooms. 3rd bedroom also has own bathroom. Love that we can boat to Lemon Bay directly from home.
