Second living space in basement with Foosball and Air Hockey. Waterfront has new beach large boat house with slid. with room to tie up your boat. Three Kayaks, two paddle boards included. Bluetooth speakers throughout house and at boathouse. Large Screen TV's Throughout with WIFI. Come enjoy this newly built home at Lake Anna. Not a pet friendly house but owner does have dogs.

Extraordinary home and setting.
For our family of 24, this was ideal with plenty of bedrooms, beds and bathrooms. The kayaks and paddle boards were a big hit with the kids. The two kitchens were such an asset for preparing Thanksgiving Dinner. We used both ovens and refrigerators. We would love to use this house in the summer when we can be outside more and enjoy the water to a greater extent. Great house!

Vacay
Overall, it was a really good vacation considering there was a harmful algae bloom when we arrived. The house is tucked away in a private cove and the view from the top deck of the house is absolutely gorgeous. The house itself needs a little bit of extra care, as in new shower liners for some of the bathrooms and the side porches need to be cleaned. The house could use a good power washing around the doors and windows because of all the bugs but these are all things that can be remedied. We were worried about the algae bloom, but as the week went on we were able to swim and enjoy the lake. The house has quite a few amenities that everyone enjoyed. It is spacious and accommodating. Definitely would recommend this for a vacay!

Fantastic House!
Our family of 24 fit very comfortably in this large house with great views of the lake. The paddleboat, kayaks, slide and the water trampoline were HUGE hits with everyone. In addition, the beautifully maintained front yard provided hours of fun lawn games and family relay races. It was a memorable weekend with family, we treasured our time together. Thank you!! (The only suggestion I might make is that it needs potholders!). Great Weekend! Great House!
