1st floor two bedroom apartment with sweeping views of Batemans Bay and the Clyde River from both bedrooms and living areas. Older style apartment within Rio Rita Caravan Park. Sleeps 5 people, additional bedding can be available upon request if required. Only 100 metres to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the town centre. Main bedroom queen bed and second bedroom double bed bunk with single bed on top.

Loved it!
Great location and lovely place to stay at. Easy walk to shops, quiet neighbourhood, close to beaches. Will certainly stay here again.
