This 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is a spacious 500 square feet and offers bright natural light, spaces for guests to relax, and a huge comfy king bed in the bedroom. Walk up the steps to your own private porch where you can enjoy breezes and beverages....and just inside you will find an open living, dining and kitchen space. The living room has a queen-sized sleeper couch, TV, and a comfy leather reclining chair. Since the living and kitchen spaces are open the TV can be seen from the dining table as well. Second TV in the bedroom, gorgeous glass and tile bathroom shower renovation.

Kitchen is complete with all essentials you will need to be perfectly comfortable during your stay, whether you will be cooking your meals or going out. Breakfast is a breeze with coffee maker, toaster, and tea kettle. Think "Scandinavian with a touch of island life" when you see the creative shelving and storage...

Bedroom has a king bed and plenty of cabinetry to stash your belongings.

Best of all: The furriest member of the family doesn't have to miss out on all the fun! Dogs only -PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST TO PREAPPROVE PETS - SOME LARGER DOG BREEDS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Reservation will be cancelled if not able to host your pet. Pet fees are according to weight and are required for your pooch to stay. Fee is added on as an extra guest fee. There is a vet clinic right down the street plus an emergency clinic and pet stores in Mt Pleasant for all your pup's needs.

Another special tidbit about this particular condo is that it was "home sweet home" to the owners for more than 15 years while they were managing the entire complex. They renovated their condo as they were preparing to retire and saw to it that their guests would have everything they might need during their stay. This place has an extra special spot in the owner's hearts and they are happy to have it be part of your memories.

Just steps away is the pool, grill area, and around the corner of the building are laundry facilities. (You'll need to bring quarters. We will remind you of that before you get here.)

Some of our properties have "minimum nights required" to make a reservation on weekends, holidays, and during the summer season. To check availability for a shorter stay, please send a message / inquiry. If it's possible, we'd be happy to accommodate you.

Great place, great location, and we will be back.
The place was better than expected. It had plenty of extras like toiletries, beach supplies, and household items. It was extremely clean. Property manager was friendly, helpful, and communicative. It was close to the beach and shops. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Beach Condo
My boyfriend and I came to Charleston for his birthday and we loved this property! We can be very picky about what we consider nice and the pictures don’t do the unit justice. We loved being in such close proximity to the beach but not too close that we dealt with noise, etc. We were able to also walk to Harris Teeter very easily which was so convenient. Finding an Uber to go downtown for dinner was always very easy as well. The property manager Beth responds very quickly and gives pertinent information related to the stay and even notified us when she would not be on property and gave us contact information for someone if we needed help. We definitely recommend this property!

The location makes it easy to get on/off the island. The condo size is good for two people and the kitchen has just about everything a person needs. However the bathroom is small.

They own this one and two others and are happy to share these vacation spots with their guests. They have tried to anticipate all their guests might need without adding unnecessary clutter. Guests will find this and other condos to be well-stocked and well-maintained. Thelma and Siebelt stay at The Ocean Inn often and always stay in their own properties to ensure they are in touch with what is needed for a fantastic getaway.

Why they chose this property

"Waaaay back in the day," The Ocean Inn was a motel on the Isle of Palms. When the complex was purchased, with the expectation of future renovation, Thelma and Siebelt came to manage it and help facilitate the transition. T&S Properties has helped create the reputation of The Ocean Inn as being a favorite destination at Isle of Palms. They are retired now and live elsewhere in SC - but they still come back to their "home sweet home" every chance the get.

What makes this property unique

The Ocean Inn is a small complex of 20 condos that features it’s own pool, free parking, and coined laundry. Just 20 steps away from this FIRST FLOOR corner unit is an outdoor seating area with a grill and picnic table. It’s common for the guests to congregate for happy hour and to throw burgers on the grill. The pool is just steps away as well. When you open your front door, you might hear music coming from the waterfront area, but you will appreciate being a half block away. (Staying ocean front isn’t always what it’s cracked up to be…sometimes beach hair DOES care!)
