Monashee Inn. @ Big White.

Great Ski Condo in upper village just across the road from mid mountain skiing. Fully renovated in 2019 with all new furniture, kitchen, bathroom, windows,doors, and heating system, and more. With your own outside entrance in and heated ski locker right there makes your ski day easy and enjoyable. Inside this two BR condo you get a great view of the Monashee mountains from both floors, with forced air heating you are instantly warm all the time. Relax in front of a 50 inch TV , a electric fireplace and fantastic views. Full kitchen, gas stove, no dishwasher, two queen beds, and open covered parking. Just a short walk down to the main village or take the Big White shuttle either way. Lots of restaurants, pubs, ski rentals, coffee shops, stores, ice skating, tubing, Night Skiing , Ice climbing, or just sit inside and watch fire works every Saturday night from the living room couch. A perfect ski vacation!! Sorry no full season rentals.

Awesome ski in/out location
This condo was perfect for our family of 3! The mid-mountain ski in/out location provides accessibility to several lifts and is a 10 minute walk to the village - we loved the location. The condo is nicely finished and very well cared for. The beds are notably comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and the outside entrance/ski locker/sizeable entry way made managing gear and getting ready each morning super convenient. This is a super accommodation at Big White, highly recommend!

Our stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We found the condo was well equipped with everything we needed and really comfortable . The layout (2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and living area downstairs) was great for if someone wanted to go to bed earlier/later then everyone else. The beds and linens were comfortable, and a e took advantage of the reclining couch after a long day of skiing. The ski access was great, an easy walk across the street, and it was a nice walk to the village. We would 100% stay here again

The best value on the mountain???
While not luxurious the Monashee is a staple of Big White accommodation. Perfectly situated, only a short walk to multiple lifts or to the village. It’s easy to dip in for lunch during your ski day or walk down to the market for a missing diner ingredient or bottle of wine in the evening. This particular suite is newly renovated and spotless. The unit is comfortable, tastefully decorated and has a million dollar view of both the valley and upslope. Especially important to me the suite contains high quality, comfortable mattresses and nice bedding - I had some great sleeps. This is budget friendly accommodations and checks all the boxes for a great ski holiday.

Fantastic Vacation Rental
Our family of 3 found this condo to be the perfect place to enjoy a vacation of a lifetime. We were surprised on how clean, modern and incredibly well equipped this unit was. Everything you will need to enjoy your stay and just steps to the slopes! The views from the main floor and master bedroom give you a spectacular sunrise to sunset view of the mountains. Ian was an incredibly gracious host and was great to deal with. We hope to visit again soon.

I was born and raised in Kelowna and skied Big White all the time. It was our second home till I moved away to Vancouver where I met my wife, had two wonderful kids. We moved back to Kelowna where our kids went to school and learned how to ski at Big White also. I built two places on the slops over the years and bought this unit not long ago because of its great location the cosy feeling we get from spending time in it.

Why they chose this property

Our family lives in Kelowna only an hour drive to condo so a great way to getaway and get above all the clouds into a winter wonder land. We all have skied for many years at Big White and just can not get enough of the vibrant atmosphere and great friends that also have units close by. We also wanted a warm feel in our place on the mountain and thats exactly what we get with this 840 sq ft two bedroom unit. Also you just can not beat the forced air heating.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with this unit over others because of its stunning views from the living room and master bedroom windows. Our unit also has its own ski locker beside our own entrance into the unit which we just think is great. Ski hill access just at the entrance to the condo's parking lot. Unload your car just thirty feet from your front door was another plus. Covered parking is always a plus!
