Welcome to Casa Nova, our stylishly renovated Italian countryside villa. This bright and sunny three-bed, three-bath house is situated on the top of a winding country lane, in the rolling hills of the Tuscan and Umbrian border. Set in two acres of land with its own private swimming pool, it's surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, making it perfect for an idyllic Italian holiday. The property was redecorated and renovated in 2012 to high standards.

fantastisch
Wat een heerlijk, ruim en fijn ingericht huis is dit, met een fantastisch zwembad. We hebben heel veel gezien van de wijde omgeving, en het terugkeren naar dit vakantiehuis was elke keer een thuiskomen. Super dat er voor alle ramen horren zitten, buiten hadden we veel last van stekende insekten, maar binnen helemaal niet. Fijn dat er op de slaapkamers grote ventilatoren staan, het was een week lang ruim 35 graden buiten. De grote keuken is super en alles is heel schoon, dankzij de goede zorgen van Bruno en Carla. Dat er bij binnenkomst al gezorgd blijkt te zijn voor een avondmaaltijd en ontbijt is heel fijn! Een geweldig vakantiehuis!

Great 2nd stay
We had another great holiday at Casa Nova. The house has everything we need and the area is beautiful and perfect for a peaceful break in the sun. We particularly love the outdoor space and large pool. Many thanks for the generous welcome pack and to Carla and Bruno for looking after the house so well. We hope to stay again.

Hello, we're Ros and David and thank you for stopping by to read about our Italian holiday villa! We bought Casa Nova in 2000 after falling in love with the Umbrian-Tuscan region, and hope our guests will do so too. We visit often from the UK to make sure the villa is in pristine condition, and although we are not on-site all year round, our lovely Italian housekeepers Bruno and Carla will be there to welcome you and pay attention to your needs. Carla will also prepare a welcome hamper full of locally-sourced treats on your arrival. Our son, Richard, takes care of bookings for us and will see that you are provided with an online a welcome pack, with all details that you need to know about Casa Nova and the surrounding area, including a UK contact phone number for us so that you may call us with any enquiries.
