Spacious apartment in Marbella located at the foot of the Cable beach, right next to the famous arch that marks the entrance to the city. The urbanization has a communal pool (open exclusively in summer, approximately from June 15 to September 15), gardens and direct access to the beach.

The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, well equipped independent kitchen, living room and two full bathrooms, making it suitable for both families and groups of friends. There is also a beautiful terrace with lateral sea views and you will have air conditioning and WIFI connection.

Its location, at the foot of Cable beach, right next to Pinillo beach, is perfect for those who want to enjoy the two widest beaches of the municipality. The old town of Marbella can be reached in about 25/30 minutes walk.
