A two bedroom apartment located on the ground floor of the block with a garden and private terrace. The apartment also has a bathroom, living / dining room, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.

The complex is gated with electrical access and has a playground for young children. The community is very well maintained landscaped areas so pretty.

In the area of ​​urbanization there is a Mercadona supermarket within walking distance and a couple of bars and restaurants. The apartment is just 1500m from the beach and there is a bus stop nearby.

Alojamiento en mal estado pero solucionado por agencia
Si bien es verdad que nos avisaron 2 días antes de llegar de que habia un problema de humedad ( tubería rota en otro inmueble superior) y que estaba solucionado para poder entrar, no fue así. Pasamos 2 noches y nos trasladaron a otro apto. de la agencia en otra localidad cercana. Fueron muy amables y diligentes pero no es agradable empezar asi las vacaciones. Del día y medio en este apto de Vera puedo decir que está en una urbanización con piscinas y jardines ideales para niños, al lado de un supermercado....para todo lo demás es necesario el coche. Deberían hacer limpieza profunda de ropa de cama, baño y sofá ya que aunque está limpio huele a humedad por el uso y es desagradable.
