Recently refurbished first floor one bed apartment. There is a 32ins flat screen TV,with bbc,itv,ect; DVD, and Mini Hi Fi System. The apartment has a spacious balcony with patio furniture and a lovely view over the pool areas, where you get the sun from 11am though to evening. Overall the apartment is fairly spacious and very comfortable. The apartment sleeps 2. For babies you may hire a cot from the key-holder for a small fee,also the key-holder does pick-ups and drop-offs to the airport for 70 euro return.

Great apartment in good location
Great apartment with good pool views. Equipped with just about everything you need. Communication with owners and local agent is excellent and response is quick. Location given by VRBO map is inaccurate but still walkable to the Port area in 20 mins or so and there is an excellent commercial centre next door with supermarket, bars and restaurants and shopping. Internet is pretty poor (3-4 Mbps) if you want to stream films or sports and buffers regularly. All in all, we had a comfortable stay and would recommend the apartment.

Perfect Place for a Prefect Stay
Ideal apartment in a good area. Near to Supermarket,Restaurants and local bars. The grounds and Pools are so well kept. It was a great pleasure to stay at Rosaleens apartment. Sadly it is already booked for when we want to return to Corralejo. Also the services from Andrea were very good and he is a very respectful guy. Thanks to you all for a great stay.

Appartement fonctionnel et emplacement au top
Séjour en décembre 2023 : les + : comme spécifié dans les avis, emplacement parfait, appartement au 1er étage bien entretenu et lumineux, balcon très apprécié en cette saison ; résidence calme et agréable ! Commerces à côté. Les échanges par SMS avec Andrea ont été très courtois et réactifs. les - : difficulté pour l'ouverture de la boîte à clé (nous ne connaissions pas ce système) ; la literie (surtout le sommier) aurait besoin d'être remplacée ; absence de kit d'accueil pour la douche et pas de produits d'entretien. Conclusion : nous avons passé un super séjour !

Swim, Sunbathe and Sangria
Property was ideal for what we needed: a relaxing holiday. It was generally tidy, bed was slightly hard (personal preference though), easy to gain keys and everything you need. Oh- another bonus, a fantastic range of books, kept me occupied. Will definitely stay here again.

To enjoy the winter warmth,I like it because it all on the flat and nice walks.Shops resturants abnd bars are easy to get to.The supermarket is next door, and our apartment has sun on it all day.
