The condo has a King size bed in the Master Bedroom with attached full size bath with a soaking tub and double vanity, A Queen bed is in one Guest Bedroom that also has a private bath with a shower/tub combo. 2 Twin beds in the second Guest Bedroom as well as a Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room. A full size bath is in the hallway along with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The kitchen is fully stocked as well with cookware, serving ware, dishes and glasses etc. everything you need to test your culinary skills on the beach! There is a new dining table with chairs and bar stools at the kitchen bar for you.

The patio has a table and 4 chairs as well as 2 Adirondack chairs. Incredible views of the Gulf beaches and emerald green waters and you can walk right through the gate on the balcony onto an amazing green space for kids to play, or walk over to the awesome outdoor pool or directly out to the Gulf beaches.

Just outside the front door of the condo, you can use the common area grilling area (charcoal is required).

This condo is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and local attractions. Many just across the street!
