The Annexe at Southgate Barn is located in the heart of Snettisham, is close to all the village amenities, is accessed by its own gravel driveway and has a private garden with sun patio. It has gas central heating, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, lounge area with flat screen TV with Freeview & DVD player and ground floor shower room with Bristan power shower. The ground floor double bedroom and upstairs twin bedroom are finished with blackout blinds and Egyptian cotton bedding to ensure a comfortable night's rest.

Southgate Lane Barn Annexe
My husband and I stayed at the Barn Annexe twice and loved it. It was just as described, a lovely cottage in beautiful quiet surroundings. fully equipped, well maintained and very comfortable. it has a private garden with patio set for outdoor relaxation. the french doors onto the garden make it very bright and spacious.The owner, Andy Gee was very friendly and helpful.We have no hesitation in reccommending this wonderful cottage and look forward to staying there again in the near future.

Brilliant Property
A brilliant property in a secluded area with all the privacy a family would need. Andy and Ali were wonderful hosts who made our stay memorable. We were pleasantly surprised to have a freshly baked cake waiting for us on arrival.

Marvelous
Good instructions to find the property and it is very secluded and peaceful with secure parking. Everything you needed was provided at the property including a lovely Victoria sponge cake. We were attending an Aston Martin gathering at Sandringham that was only about 10 mins away by car.

Very enjoyable stay. Lovely clean and warm property. Very quiet. Nice village, supermarket and pub within walking distance which was good. Cake on arrival which was a lovely touch After getting stuck in traffic, it was a most welcome treat! Would definitely recommend this property

Wonderful quiet property with everything you could need.
Property in a lovely village in a good location with two very good pubs within walking distance. Good local bus service also so no need to drive anywhere if you wish to visit all of the attractions in the north Norfolk area. Andrew met us when we arrived and was on hand if we needed anything. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Warm,cosy and clean
We really enjoyed our stay in this warm and cozy annexe. The bed was comfy and we were in walking distance of an excellent pub, The Rose and Crown. There are plenty of wide open spaces to explore and our host was very welcoming. We would definitely come again

A pleasant stay

Welcoming home from home.
We booked this short stay for some autumn bird watching. After some chilly evenings at RSPB Snettisham it was lovely to come back to this quiet, cosy, comfortable and well equipped annexe. Straight forward access on arrival and a very helpful host.

Weekend Away
The property was ideal for a weekend visit to Norfolk for a young family. The location was set away from the road with space to park and a private garden area giving lots of privacy. Would highly recommend.

Perfect accommodation and location
The annexe was great. Perfect size for us (2 adults), it had everything you needed and was well equipped. Little touches like a welcome cake were extra special. Owners were very friendly and welcoming. Good size parking space. Location was brilliant, Kings Lynn and Sandringham just a few minutes drive away plus plenty of other historic houses nearby. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Cosy Hideaway
The property is very private and big enough for 2 adults and 2 children. It is convenient for beaches, historic houses , churches and the rural north Norfolk countryside with plenty of pubs and restaurants to choose from within a short car journey or a short walk. The kitchen is adequate if you would prefer to self cater.

Perfect!
We arrived to a warm friendly welcome, resources for tea & coffee, and delicious cake! It was the perfect place for us to cycle from, or plan to cycle further afield with easy access to the Peddars way, the north Norfolk part of the Rebellion Way and the cycle routes around Sandringham. A lovely comfortable place to relax of an evening too.

We are Andy and Ali and live next door, with our girls Millie and Arabella. We moved to Snettisham 14 years ago after falling in love with the area after many family holidays up here, we’re not quite locals yet but getting there!
