- Peaceful, 300 Metres To Restaurants, 900 Metres To Olu Deniz Beach. 6 Bedrooms

The villa has a private pool surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace with inset palm trees. Inside are 4 double rooms, & 1 en - suite, 1 with balcony. All bedrooms have Air Con, & there are sofa beds in the sitting room. The fully equipped kitchen was newly fitted in 2014, is free-standing and open-plan with a washing machine, dishwasher, cooker and fridge freezer. The villa has been newly decorated in 2014. This villa is a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the sight of big mountains with only 900 meters to one of Turkey's finest beach Olu Deniz. In 2016 we made available bedroom number 6 with 2 beds inside.

Perfect for teenagers and young adults
We were a group of nine aged between 21-58. The villa was perfect for our needs and everyone enjoyed it. Not suitable for children or anyone who struggles with stairs. Great location. Manager lived next door and was really helpful. September weather in Turkey is wonderful. Description and photos accurate.

Excellent Stay
We stayed here for a week in August 2022 and had a fantastic time. Villa is in an excellent location, 2 min walk to the nearest supermarket, 5 min walk to the start of the “strip” at Hisonaru and where all the taxis and buses are - 5 mins in a bus down to Olu Deniz and 15 mins to Fetiyhe. Pool was an absolutely godsend in that heat and all bedrooms had aircon apart from the single bedroom upstairs. 3 bedrooms upstairs and 3 in the basement (much cooler down there). Mehmet next door was amazing, any help with anything and he was on hand - cleaned the pool every morning. Overall excellent Villa and would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great Location
The proprty is very nice, we've stayed in this part of turkey many times. the property is in a very good location, easy access of both towns and low cost taxi access to everywhere. facilaties at the villa are good. Communication works well, as the villa owner has a contact next door who helps with any issues and advice etc. Nice people to deal with. Will look to use the villa again if its avaialbe for our next trip to Turkey. Thanks Jon for your villa.

My family love Turkey. We have been in Fethiye since 2006 and now we have both a apartment and a house in Fethiye. We are from Norway and live in Hønefoss 50 km outside Oslo. We visit Fethiye several times during the year.

Why they chose this property

The temperature is so nice during the hot summer. Oludenize has lower temperature in the summer than down in Fethiye city. We also love the mountain view and walking in the mountains.

What makes this property unique

We love the big space around the swimming pool and the private garden and the relaxing area around the house. It is quite and relaxing and you have your privacy.
