Welcome home! This delightful home is just a few minutes from Wrightsville beach, Mayfaire Town Center and UNCW. Located in the highly desirable Middle Sound Area, you will find all the comforts of home here as well as plenty of space for up to 8 guests. Featuring an open floor plan, in a tranquil neighborhood, this house will instantly feel like home.

Features:
-Master bedroom with queen size bed, walk in closet, TV and adjoining full bath.
-Second bedroom with queen bed
-Third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds to sleep four
-Large open great room with a built in bar, lots of light and plenty of space
-Comfortable living room with a wood burning fire place, flat screen TV, and DVD player with a supply of movies.
-The kitchen is open and well stocked with beautiful custom cherry/glass cabinets.
-The home also has a large laundry room with a new washer and dryer, iron and ironing board as well as lots of storage
-In the back of the home, you will find a large patio and adjoining deck with a gas grill, leading to a private, wooded yard with lots of room to run for the kids. (Please note our home was hit hard during hurricane Florence. Many trees fell and had to be removed. The yard is still in the process of being restored).

What is provided:
-All linens, towels, beach towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies
-A Keurig and traditional coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, laundry detergent and fabric softener
-Beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler and a gas grill

**This home is in a quiet family neighborhood and is rented for short term vacations. There are NO parties permitted and renters must be at least 21 years of age. **

Great location
The property was very clean well stocked. It was greatly stocked with linens. A little dated but very clean give this property a 3 due over run with ants and large waterbugs.Could not enjoy the patio .

Great Spot

Communication with the hosts was great via email prior to check in. Very spacious & clean!! Accommodations for our party of 6 adults was great!! Had both regular coffee pot & a Kuerig. We stayed just 1 night and were very pleased. Thanks!

Weekend Visit to UNCW
Nice older home-away-from-home for my husband and stepson to come visit son/brother at UNCW. Brought our dogs and the back fenced-in deck was great, and the unfenced yard was large and the dogs loved it. Only issue we saw was the standard handful of dead cockroaches found in any home in warmer climates, and no big deal. Our hosts were fabulous, and extremely supportive and responsive with any queries we had, and more than willing to answer questions quickly. This home served our needs great for a 3-day weekend, and was about 15 min from UNCW.

Why they chose this property

Just a few miles away is the local favorite area for shopping and dining, Mayfaire Town Center. You will find a large movie theater with IMAX and 3-D movie showings, as well as lots of great retail stores, restaurants and even seasonal activities including holiday events and a free outdoor summer concert series.

To head to Wrightsville beach, it is just a quick 8 mile drive. Beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and a cooler are available for use at the house.

This home is located just blocks away from Entropy boat rentals, a local boat rental facility. You can enjoy a fabulous day on the water and explore the true beauty of the Wilmington area.

The beautiful historic downtown area is a breeze to get to on the Martin Luther King Parkway and is a must see for a visit to Wilmington. You will find something for everyone! There are lots of quaint local shops and restaurants, entertainment, local events, historic sites and just a beautiful river front to stroll along. Wilmington was voted 2014 “Best Riverfront” so don’t miss it!
