Fun Family Vacation
We had a wonderful time at Pheonix on the Bay. We spent most of our time in the lazy river. The kitchen was not quite as well equipped as other condos that we have stayed in but overall, we would stay here again.

We arrived right at dark by boat. The original boat slip they had given us when we booked was completely the wrong size boat wouldn’t even fit. Plus it had a small boat lift in it. We called the front desk to find out another slip We could dock so we could walk up to check in. We were treated unbelievably rudely by the front desk was told she didn’t have time to deal with us. We said we are customers and are trying to check in but we had to be able to tie the boat up to do that. She hung up. So while this is going on and we are trying to find a slip to put the boat in only to walk up to check in and get The slip sorted we have a condo owner walking up and down the dock telling us Can’t tie up in any slip we pulled up to. Keep in mind we had six 14 year old boys on the boat that just rode over for three hours to spend one of there 14th birthdays here by boat. So after an hour of trying to deal with the front desk and a condo owner I finally found a slip that I could dock in. To walk up and check in. Once there a lady at the front desk named Judith was completely rude and very short with us. Wouldn’t help us with telling a place we could go to eat or anything. It seemed like we were bothering her. It took about another hour to get checked in because she didn’t know what to charge for the new boat slip I was in. And wouldn’t wait till the next day. I even offered to let her keep my credit card. Finally she took the cc number to keep to bill me later. We finally get to the room. Nice perfect for what we needed for a group of 14 years old boys. But I’ll definitely think twice about staying there ever again because of the staff. It was completely handeled wrong and definitely will probably lose us as customers.

Spacious with new amenities!
This property was spacious and comfortable for our family. The beaches were beautiful, just steps away and my son greatly enjoyed the water slide at the pool.

Great time.
Everything was great except a pack 5 bad kids causing issues with all the other kids in the pool area. Multiple parents reported to the front desk and the security did nothing but watch the heathens misbehave. Security did a great job of checking for arm bands though....

Beautiful condo
We came down for a golf tournament my husband was in. The accommodations were comfortable with every amenity we could want. The lazy river was great.
