HAVEN OF PEACE AND GREENERY NEAR THE SEA

Very nice house in lush greenery, in a quiet area, surrounded by vineyards. The house is very well located 5 minutes drive from the beaches of Canet, bars, restaurants, 3 minutes from shops.
A garden well equipped with games: swimming pool, ping-pong, petanque, trampoline.

Very big room of life and big terrace on stilts vis-a-vis the trees, swimming pool with shutter, 4 rooms, park 1/2 ha.
House has just been renovated and restored to "new", as in the photos

The house is very bright with a living room living room, dining room, kitchen, very spacious TV lounge of over 100m2. It is extended by a large wooden terrace, on stilts overlooking the trees of the garden. The place is very quiet, with lots of trees and we see or hear the wild animals: birds, squirrels, rabbits, hedgehogs, frogs ....
There are 4 Bedrooms: 1 master suite bed 160x200 with bathroom and dressing room, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190, closet and bathroom, 1 bedroom double bed 160x200 with closet and 1 bedroom office with 1 single bed 90x200. There is also 1 double bed in the living room TV which has a shower room and adjoining toilet.

Beautiful property. However be aware of Tiger Mosquitos take plenty of sprays & creams.
Property was amazing and gardens stunning. Only downside was having 2 toilets only one of the bathrooms had a toilet attached. It’s about a 15 min drive to beach, you can’t walk or cycle as no direct route just so you know. Suggest you check the address and directions well before you leave as we did struggle to find the property on our iPhone

fijne vakantie gehad in deze zeer ruime accommodatie . zeer rustig gelegen en volledig privé . contact met de eigenaar met vragen over onze reis verliepen allemaal zeer vlot en correct . genoten va de rust en zwembad kortom top

Nous avons passé deux très belles semaines dans la maison dont la description est parfaitement conforme à l'annonce. La maison est spacieuse et agréable. Seul bémol : l'absence de climatisation (au moins dans les chambres). Nous avons tous bien profité de la grande piscine et du magnifique jardin. L'emplacement est idéal au calme et proche des commerces. Le mer n'est qu'à 5mn en voiture. Nous espérons y revenir !!!

Maison agréable mais…
Cotes positifs de la maison : espace très appréciable nb de chambres et de salles de bain décoration - cuisine bien faite et avec tout ce qu il faut rien à dire sur la maison en elle même. Très bien équipée. Le MAIS est que l annonce vend un havre de paix et pour nous qui avons dormi dans la chambre parentale très belle : nous avons été dans l impossibilité de dormir fenêtre ouverte car la maison n a pas de climatisation et que des travaux commencent entre 7h30 et 8h30 - un bruit de canalisation d eau vers 3/4 heures de matin et l arrosage de la pelouse également ont eu raison de notre envie de dormir fenêtres ouvertes pour nous rafraîchir. Le Havre de paix vendu sur l annonce n était pas au rdv et ne vous change pas d un quotidien de citadin avec beaucoup de bruits. Les arguments avancés sur le prix et sur le fait que nous n ayons pas de chance ne m ont pas convaincu et je réitère que j aurai aimé savoir que des travaux avaient lieu pour me laisser mon libre arbitre. Le Havre de paix n était pas sur notre quinzaine de vacances et les arguments avancés par la propriétaire ne m ont pas convaincu même si je reconnais sa gentillesse. Je n attendais pas de geste commercial juste la reconnaissance de désagréments. Ceux du mois d août auront peut être plus de chance et ceux de l année prochaine les travaux aux alentours seront peut être finis ou pas !
