Location was great! Had access to the beach easily. There were a couple of things the condo needed: paper towels, a towel for the kitchen, dish cloth, at least one trash bag to start with and a blow dryer. We also needed to know where the broom was, only b/c of the sand!! Other than those few minor things. The place was clean and again very accommodating in location to everything!! We really enjoyed our stay.
