Apartment of some 115m², situated in the 3rdfloor of a three-floor building, named ''Quinta Sant Pol'', in S'Agaró. The maximum capacity is 9 people in a fix bed. There is 1 bedroom with double-bed, 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with one single bed, hall of 5m², living-dining-room of 21m² with access to a terrace of 15m², kitchen of 6m² with access to a small balcony, full bathroom, and another bathroom with shower, hand washing and WC.
Equipment: Gas kitchen and oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, laundromat, terrace furniture, TV., satellite TV. Linen of the house it’s included.
Surroundings: Just at the second block of houses, at 50m of the centre of Sant Pol – S’Agaró beach, shops and pharmacy at 300m. At 300m there is a wonderful way from Sant Pol-S’Agaró to the Conca beaches, each one with his particular charm. Several coves in both directions.
Restrictions: Animals are never accepted. Not adapted to disabled. Groups of young people are not accepted

Nous sommes toujours très heureux de louer l’appartement depuis 20 ans. Cependant il serait bien que l’appartement soit mieux équipé : j’ai dû acheter : des verres à pied, des torchons, des pinces à linge, un moule à tarte….et le lave vaisselle et le lave linge sont un peu vieillots… cela ne nous empêche pas de passer de bonnes vacances. Merci !

L’appartement est idéalement bien placé. Très logeable et très propre. Martin est très réactif : dès que l’on lui demande quelquechose, on l a dans la journée…. Il est très gentil et fait tout ce qu il peut pour nous rendre le séjour agréable !
