The house features a new entrance and mudroom at the rear of the driveway. Downstairs the house consists of a large living room, a formal dining room, big eat-in kitchen, laundry room, a sun porch, the mudroom, and a full bath.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a half bath. The house comfortably sleeps 4. One bedroom has a double bed, the other, one double bed and a single. The sun porch on the first floor has a trundle bed which is great for napping. The porch, however, is usable only in the summer as it is not heated. Each upstairs bedroom has a window air-conditioner in summer.
In the living room there is a fireplace, and a TV with Apple TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, a Sub Zero refrigerator, a gas stove, and all cooking utensils and tableware. The formal dining room seats eight.
