• fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher and washing machine drying),
• bedroom with window (double bed 200x160, bed linen is provided),
• in the living room, the sofa can be converted into two single beds (trundle bed), large screen TV, home theater (DVD, CD, USB, radio, alarm clock)
• private and covered parking.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, in a preserved site. At your disposal a pool of 450m2 with jacuzzi and space for children (open from May to the end of September) and bathing supervisor in July / August.

You will stay on the edge of the Estérel departmental park and the Aiguille Rouge nature reserve, direct access to hiking. Ideally located to enjoy the beaches at 1km or to radiate in the Alpes Maritimes and the Var. Easy access to high tourist spots.
