Family flat Gaia, 10 minutes from Porto Center

Our apartment was refurbished to welcome guests who want to discover the wonders of Porto and Gaia without major worries. The building is very well located, has a quiet environment, allowing quick access to the city center of Porto, by metro (in 10 minutes), by Ponte D. Luís, Ribeira, Jardim do Morro, Serra do Pilar. Ideal for those who want to have a vacation without worrying about driving their car in the city center! Near the apartment there are many cafes and pastry shops, restaurants, supermarket, department stores for shopping (such as El Corte Inglés and Sportsdirect). The apartment is spacious and fully equipped for 6 people. + 1 baby: 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bathroom with bathtub, bidet and hairdryer, 1 living room with a 2-seater sofa bed (with the possibility of a double bed baby trip for up to 3 years free), kitchen equipped for 6 people with electric hob, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and board, coffee machine, blender, toaster, 2 balconies, pantry and two halls. It is equipped with cable TV with 50 channels, free Wi-Fi, fans and oil heating in the main rooms and sheets and towels are available, but it does not include cleaning in between. It does not have any gas installation for safety reasons. It has a fire extinguisher and a fireproof blanket, smoke and carbon monoxide detector.
In the immediate vicinity of the building there are usually parking spaces, paid during the week (1€/hour for a maximum of 2 hours) and free at the weekend.
At check-in, the tourist tax will be charged in cash per guest, aged 16 years or over, per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights, €1 from October 1st to March 31st and €2 from March 1st. April to September 30th; identification documents of all guests must also be shown.
We are very careful with cleaning and sanitizing the apartment and clothes, under the direct monitoring of the owners. People who have stayed in our apartment have valued its cleanliness and centrality as privileged factors. We hope you will give us the honor of your visit! Diana and Francisco
