Inside, the property is divided into 4 welcoming units rented together as a whole indipendent vila to benefit from the exclusive use of the pool, gardens and common areas. Yet, when required, this layout can guarantee privacy to the different member sof the party when required.
There are a total of 6 bedrooms (2 doubles, 4 twins) as well as 9 single beds in the lounges for a total of 21 guests, 7 bathtooms, kitchens and extensive terraces facing the pool and the garden. The interiors are fully air-conditioned (included in the price), furnished with taste in soft pastel colors and full of natural light: the perfect combination for a truly Greek holiday!

Outside, the villa is surrounded by beautifully kept gardens with flowers, shrubs and olive trees. The large private pool measures 10m x 6m and depth is between 1.1 and 1.8m. Access is both via ladder and via Roman Steps. Confortable sunbeds and shades are provided for the guests to enjoy, while reading a book or tating a delicious glass of local wine. The lovers of outdoor dining can also enjoy al-fresco meals by the poolside all together (brick built barbecue available) while enjoying the relaxing sound of the cicadas. Yes, with such excellent tavernas and beaches just a short walk away, choosing wether to stay by the pool or exploring the surrounding area will be a hard choice! Should the guests require anything during their stay, the lovely and friendly owners live on hand in their own little house at the entrance of the estate, yet do not access to the pool or the grounds to guarantee the maximum privacy when required.

The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.

NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes everything, and no extras are required locally. Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, cleanings, change of linen/towels twice a week are included in the rental rates.

The property is being rented as a single whole villa for up to 21 guests, so the guests staying in Villa Nancy will have the exclusive use of the whole house, grounds and swimming pool, ensuring privacy and relaxation.

Unit "Andreas" (front of the property):
Ground floor: air-conditioned lounge (2 single beds / sofas, satellite TV) with adjoining kitchen area (dishwasher, 4 cooking rings, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining table), bathroom with shower.
First floor: air-conditioned double bedroom, air-conditioned twin bedroom, bathroom with shower.

Unit "Anastasis" (front of the property):

Unit "Argyris" (back of the property):
