Casa del Mar is a luxurious, 2 bedroom, one bathroom semi-detached villa situated in the tranquil, residential estate of Parque del Rey. Located a short 15 minute walk from the town centre and playa Dorada beach. Taxis are easily available for approximately €5 to the centre.

The villa itself comes with its own heated private pool (The pool is electricaly heated between 1st November and 1st May) and also a and a very spacious, secluded patio and garden area with sunbeds and a parasol, outside dining table and chairs situated under the shaded area of the pergola. For those who fancy a night in, the villa also has a traditional brick built barbeque for you to use at your leisure.

The villa is equipped with FREE WI-FI and a full satellite TV package including sports, movies and a host of international channels. The villa offers pay-as-you-go coin operated air conditioning in both bedrooms. The villa comes with a fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, a large fridge-freezer and a washing machine. The villa also provides a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. There is a safe in the double bedroom.
A mid stay clean is provided for stays of 11 nights or more.

Juste parfait
Nous sommes arrivés tard dans la soirée les clés étaient à l’endroit précis comme indiqué. Vous avons la surprise du frigo rempli pour une collation c’est tellement agréable. La maison est parfaite pour deux et même quatre personnes. Elle est dans un état impeccable et nous en avons pris soin comme si c’était la notre. L’endroit est très calme en septembre. Les soirées sont très agréables. Je remercie le propriétaire qui nous a fait passé un très bon séjour. Nous sommes sûrs de revenir et surtout dans la même maison. Sandrine et Vincent

❤️ Casa Del Mar ❤️
We had an absolutely fantastic holiday staying at Casa Del Mar. The villa is spottlesly clean and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing break. Playa Blanca town is a flat and easy 15 minute walk away where you can gaze at beautiful mountains en route. Taxis from the main rank in town to Casa Del Mar costs approximately €5. We had stayed in other villas in Parque Del Rey over the last 5 years, however, the layout in Casa Del Mar certainly impressed us and ensured we had a relaxing and peaceful stay. Our children loved the pool and the beautiful nightime lighting was a tranquil setting in the evenings that we chose to stay in the villa. The pool helped them stay continually enterained while the charcoal was warming on the BBQ! The villa is great for families and we have no reservations about recommending Casa Del Mar, whatsoever! From the initial communication, we could not find fault in booking with this host, and we thank them for allowing us to stay in thier beautiful accommodation 🙂

Brilliant stay exactly what it described the welcome pack was very much appreciated as we didn't arrive till late if i had to say anything negative i would say for the villa to have a standing fan in sitting room as only air conditioning in the bedrooms but this didn't spoil our holiday we will definitely come back as villa was more than what we expected xx

Excellent Villa
The villa was immaculately presented on arrival. The pool was clean and a nice temperature. Great outside space around the pool. Benefits from having the pool at the rear. Very private and has the sun from early morning till sunset. Great powerful shower with plenty of hot water. Payable air conditioning. Very cheap, probably only spent €5 the full week. Great communication with the owner from booking to arrival. Would definitely book again. 5 star rating

Wonderful relaxing stay
We had the pleasure of staying just over two weeks in March/April. Check-in was easy and villa spotlessly clean on arrival. Much appreciated welcome pack of milk, bread, butter, cheese, water and juice. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, pans etc. TV and wifi. Villa is located in a quiet residential area. 20 minute walk down into Playa Blanca with supermarket and lots of restaurants. We also found a mini-market 10 minute walk up the hill for fresh bread and essentials. Pool was heated and cleaned during our stay. We wanted to relax and that's exactly what we did! Would highly recommend.
