My apartment is in the luxury resort of Les Arc 1950, with ski in - ski out convenience, a great village ambiance with a nice selection of restaurants and shops, and top class amenities including a pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. There is also a very nice Spa in the village (extra fees, but worth it after a hard day on the slopes). The apartment was refurbished in 2020 with new tiled floors with underfloor heating, a new bathroom, and new kitchen appliances.
I aim to be significantly cheaper than the apartments provided by Pierre&Vacances in the same Arc1950 resort (check out the pricing for a 41m2 1 bedroom apartment on the P&V website).
Where to Ski and Snowboard ( say "We’ve always liked Les Arcs’ slopes: they offer long descents, plenty of steep stuff, plenty to keep intermediates happy, plus woods to head to in a storm. And for those who really like to travel on skis, the link to La Plagne takes the amount of skiing into the Three Valleys league."
"Arc 1950 is something else: a resort that’s not only more pleasant to inhabit than the others, but also very conveniently arranged."
"Arc 1950 has been designed to be cute; its smaller apartment buildings have been finished in traditional style, and they are clustered around a pleasant, traffic-free square and streets – quite lively at close of play."
The apartment is one of the bigger 1 bed apartments in the resort at 41m2 with a large lounge / dining area and kitchen. It comes equipped with a modern TV and Nespresso machine. There is a balcony with a nice view down the valley. The bedroom has twin beds and there is a double sofa bed in the lounge. There is lots of storage space, plus ski lockers on the ground floor.
There is covered parking (extra cost payable to the car park company) on site.
Normally Sat to Sat only, but maybe open to other requests depending on specific dates
