- living / dining room with TV (flat screen), stereo and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool.
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning.
- 1 bedroom with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning.
- Shower / WC + separate WC.
- Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hobs, microwave, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, kettle).

Maison avec piscine bandol
Maison très sympa et permettant une bonne intimité quand on part à plusieurs (maison principale idéale pour couple avec enfants + deux chambres avec salle d'eau en extérieur pour amis/famille). Très bien équipée, piscine bien entretenue, impasse très calme. Une dizaine de minutes de la plage par le sentier qui passe derrière l'impasse. Entre 15 et 20 minutes pour le centre ville.

Pleasant villa in quiet area above town
Our stay was good on the whole. There were a couple of issues with the property which were dealt with promptly by the owner who is very helpful. The manager does not speak English, which wasn’t a big problem at first but we weren’t given the full information on check in - just the keys and a tour. I think house rules and check out rules need to be in different languages to save any misunderstandings in future. He was a little rude to us as we made a mistake which was disappointing. NOTE: I didn’t fully understand the annexe, our three young teens were in these rooms they are not accessible from inside the house and they had to lock themselves in at night. It worked but wasn’t ideal had one of them been ill etc. We also had to buy a fan for the twin annexe room. - it needs aircon! The house is a good 10 min walk to the beach. No shops nearby and no parking in Bandol centre in august it was crazy busy! The pool was cleaned during our stay and the neighbours were friendly. The wooden fence pictured is no longer there so sometimes not very private.

Très bon séjour à Bandol
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans la maison de Roland. Elle est très agréable , il n’y manque rien à part peut être la clim dans la dépendance car il faisait très chaud mais c’est un détail … la piscine est très agréable , le quartier est très calme , nous pouvions aller en ville et à la plage à pied ce qui n’est pas négligeable en plein mois d’août ! Nous gardons l’adresse ! Merci encore .

Nous avons ete desenchantes des notre arrivee par l'absence de chauffage (en panne), et l'odeur forte de moisissure dans la dependance ou se trouvent deux des quatre chambres. Nous avons du rester car nous voulions passer le reveillon du jour de l'an en famille (9 personnes) et pouvoir cuisiner, et il etait impossible de trouver autre chose le soir meme. Le concierge a ete notre bouee de sauvetage et nous a prete des chauffages d'appoint, ce qui a rendu notre sejour vivable mais loin d'etre confortable. Aucune solution n'a ete proposee pour la chambre inutilisable vu l'odeur dans toute la piece. Enfin a noter, il y avait des travaux mineurs autour de la piscine qui rendaient l'acces a la maison dangereux, une dizaine de bouts de metal de 10 cm depassaient du carrelage sur la terrasse. Le proprietaire avait promis un dedommagement apres notre sejour et n'a jamais repondu a nos messages pourtant bienveillants. Nous sommes decus du traitement recu. Nous ne recommendons pas et ne ferons plus confiance au proprietaire.

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille dans cette villa. Elle est bien équipée. La piscine est bien entretenue et nous en avons bien profité. L'emplacement est idéal, tout peut se faire à pied (mer, centre ville, supermarché). Magnifique. Je recommande.

Détente en compagnie des cigales
Les cigales sont assez envahissantes et nous nous consollons dans la piscine jusqu'à la nuit car elle est éclairée. Très beau. Magnifique ciel, verdure, lauriers, cyprès. Lieu très bien aménagé, lits confortables, à recommander.

Location conforme aux attendus bien que la piscine soit disant chauffée ne le soit pas à notre avivée (fin avril). C’est après le départ que les choses se compliquent avec des dégradations qui nous sont injustement imputées et facturées. Très mécontents du coup!

Belle maison mais déçue par la piscine non utilisable
Maison agréable et très bien située. Bien équipée. Nous avons toutefois été très déçus de voir la piscine bâchée à notre arrivée, alors que l'annonce stipulait une piscine chauffée sans indiquer de périodes d'inaccessibilité de celle-ci. Il a fait très beau durant notre séjours nous avons d'autant plus été déçus. Le propriétaire nous a répondu qu'il essayait de contacter un pisciniste et ensuite ne nous a plus répondu. Le prix affiché comprend la piscine et nous nous attendions au moins à un geste commercial. Qui n'est jamais arrivé. Attention donc à bien demander si la piscine est accessible avant votre séjours. Sinon, le coin est vraiment sympa.

Villa très bien placé nous ne sommes pas obligé de prendre la voiture pour profiter de la plage et des commerces. Le seul petit problème la piscine n'a pas chauffé et nous n'avons pas pu en profiter. Sinon très bien.

Villa agréable au calme et proche mer et centre ville
La villa est dans un quartier calme et résidentiel. En 10 petites minutes on est à la plage et le centre ville est aussi accessible à pied. La piscine est bien agréable, la terrasse aussi. Clim opérationnelle et cuisine bien équipée.

Beautiful property in an ideal location
The property was exactly as shown on the photographs. It was very clean and well equip. The air conditioning was useful in the main building and the two separate bedrooms in the attached building had fans. In the bedroom with the bunk beds there was also a double sofa bed which was perfect for our group. The pool was clean and a good size. The house is in a perfect location - you could walk to the beach in 20 mins. The supermarket was a 5 min drive and you could walk to the town in 25 mins. The beaches were beautiful and there were lots of choices of bars and restaurants in Bandol.

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour. La maison est pratique et fonctionnelle, lumineuse et agréable. Elle est très bien situé. Dommage que la clim ne soit pas également dans les studios et que la piscine ne puisse pas être baché (nous avons un enfant de 2 ans). Les instructions et l accueil étaient excellents.
