Villa Mirti is a prestigious independent villa just 5 km from the centre of Alghero, located on a promontory overlooking a green valley.

The villa is the ideal place to spend your holidays in tranquillity and prestige.

The residence is ideal for families, groups of friends looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday in absolute prestige.

The swimming pool is open from April to mid-October.

The villa is ideal for 8 adults and a baby in a cot.

Built on two levels connected by an internal staircase, the villa is very spacious both inside and outside, and is furnished with fine furniture, surrounded by a lush and shady garden.

The large garden surrounding the villa is characterized by a large lawn and Mediterranean scrub.

The large pool for independent use (measurements: 12 x 5 deep 130cm up to 170cm) is a beautiful turquoise color.

The villa has four bedrooms, two of which are on the lower level and two are on the upper floor. The two bathrooms of the villa are, one upstairs and one downstairs.

The fully equipped kitchen contains fridge / freezer, five burners, hob, oven, dishwasher and a table around which 10 people can comfortably sit.

The lounge area is perfect for relaxing with its comfortable sofas, TV, and free Wifi.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning, which can be used for heating in winter and to keep the house cool in summer. In the villa there is also a wood stove on the lower floor.

The property is surrounded by a large garden, where you will be happy to find a splendid private swimming pool with comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas.

Situation excellente dans le N/O de la Sardaigne.
Piscine superbe dans un jardin très bien entretenu. Au calme bien que proche de la très belle ville d’Alghero. Propriétaire à l’écoute. Maison très bien équipée et fonctionnelle mais pas luxueuse. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances. Merci.

Schöne Villa mit wunderschönem Garten und Pool.
Der sehr gepflegte Garten und der wunderschöne, große Pool sind das Herzstück dieser Anlage. Ebenfalls das Haus war sehr schön und gepflegt. Wenn man einen kleinen Fehler suchen möchte wäre das die in die Jahre gekommene Küchenausstattung. Besteck, Messer usw. haben ihre beste Zeit bereits hinter sich. Wir empfehlen eine Kaffeemaschine selber mitzubringen. Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, alles Tip Top. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen, hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Fam. Wunderschöne Villa mit viel Privatsphäre
Wir waren zwei Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Villa war sehr sauber und bietet alles nötig an. Der Pool ist wirklich gross und der Garten super gepflegt.

Superbe location
Entering the villa you realize that the photos do not do justice - you just have to be there. We have been in many luxury villas all over Europe, but this has won them all. All aspects were almost perfect: the design of the villa, the quality of the villa, its location and its equipment. The location meant we were away from the noise of a resort and other villas but within driving distance of supermarkets, tavernas and beaches. Inside the villa it felt like being home from home. For when things do not go to plan the owner Paolo shows up during our stay. I have not lost Wi-Fi - please consider this a bonus. The pool was the highlight. I spent many days sitting by the pool reading a book. Other great things about the villa - excellent barbecue. We will return.
