Turn into the kitchen on your left for a light bite before you unpack. The kitchen is composed of honey-wood cabinetry, earth-toned counters, and white appliances all ready for your groceries and the aroma of home-cooked meals. While this space is filled with kitchen essentials such as utensils, serving ware, and a drip coffee maker, you'll find your favorite feature to be the pass-through window that looks onto the brilliant blue waters in the distance.

While most of your afternoons will be spent strolling Flagler Avenue and soaking up sun, make sure to leave room for lunch breaks in the condo's cozy dining area. The room's round, glass table sits near the kitchen's pass-through and is lined with four wooden chairs. Between the amazing ocean view and the company you're surrounded by, this table will hold many sweet memories you'll treasure for the years to come.

Set your keys and sunscreen on the desk/entryway table on your right and head to the spacious living room for some post-beach rest. The living area's tones match that of the shore with its golden couch, light brown bases, and teal accents. Grab a loved one and curl up on one of the three armchairs or pull-out couch to relax to your favorite show on the flat-screen TV. While this is a 1-bedroom condo, a twin bed is provided in the closet should an extra guest be joining you.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, beach chairs, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is cable TV, wireless internet, and a drip coffee maker.

The complex was built in 1973 and has 85 units in Sea Coast Gardens II and 85 units in Sea Coast Gardens III.
