About this property

Close to Beach and Playground.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath tennis villa is steps from the tennis courts, fitness center, and playground and just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The well stocked kitchen has granite counters and an island for extra work space. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. The guest room has twin beds. A pack 'n play is stored in the closet (bring your own bedding for it) and fits nicely between the beds. After 20 months of delays and excuses, the new sleeper sofa and love seat have arrived.

We love the beach at Folly Field and staying here gave us easy access. This condo was very clean and had everything we needed to prepare breakfast and lunch at the condo everyday. All the furniture was comfortable - all 5 of us slept well every night. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Great condo!
Our family enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect. Our kids enjoyed being right next to the playground and the beach access was just a short walk away. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed.

Wonderful Getaway
My husband and two small daughters booked last minute for a weekend getaway. The property was beautiful, Carol was great to communicate with, and this was truly the best location with small children who LOVED the playground. The walk to the beach was not bad at all with the beach wagon. This property was quiet, clean, and great for our family. We hope to be able to book again soon!
