This fully equipped one bedroom apartment is a block away from the Champs Elysees closed to the Franklin Roosevelt metro station. It is located at the first level (second American) of a XIX century building with only courtyard views and therefore is quiet. The building is very secure and has an elevator.

The one bedroom consists of a living room with a couch sleeping two and a table for four , a bedroom with king size bed ( 180 * 200 cm or 72 * 80 inches ), a bathroom with large shower, toilets, basin, a fully equipped kitchen with a washer/drier and a walk in closet.

The apartment comes with free WI-Fi and free cable TV.

The all-inclusive rental fee covers linens and towels.

The location is very convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance (less than ten minutes) to the Champs Elysees ( exactly 4 minutes) , Grand Palais, Tuileries Gardens, rue du Faubourd Saint Honore, Avenue Montaigne, Elysees Presidential Palace or Madeleine/Opera. It is a lovely walk (less than 30 minutes) or a short direct metro ride (less than 5 minutes) to the Eiffel Tower, Louvre. Franklin Roosevelt, the nearest metro station is on line 1 and 9.

The area is very safe. This is where most of the four stars hotels of Paris are located. There is a wide range of restaurants and a number of supermarkets in the immediate neighborhood

Great location, and Paris in a stay.
This apartment is in a great location, central to all the sights and transit. The host has wonderful recommendations and gave great directions for a first timer. Once you have the keys, you are fully immersed in Parisian life. The only thing holding you back will be a need for sleep from burning the candle at both ends.

Amazing Location!
We loved our stay in this downtown Paris Apartment. Fabulous location, quiet and well appointed unit. The courtyard was delightful! Our host was supportive and always available. We would return again!

Perfect Apartment in Paris
My wife and I recently stayed at this property in Paris and were very pleased with the accommodations and location. The apartment was exactly as described and extremely clean. The check in / check out was very simple and the communication with the host was fantastic leading up to the trip. The location of this apartment is perfectly situated in the 8th district of Paris. It is within walking distance of the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, amazing cafes, shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend this apartment for those who want to explore Paris, as the host and location were both excellent. We would definitely want to stay here again the next time we come to Paris. Great location
Olivier was a great host, the location was very good. Its nice the apartment was in a courtyard as it can be very noisy with the construction around outside the complex. Very clean and spacious. Would recommend. Thank you Olivier.
