If you like to spend your vacations or a few days off in a quiet place by the sea, La Casa del Mangle is ideal for you!
In an area of the Yucatecan Riviera, 10 minutes from Puerto Progreso, 5 from the town of Chicxulub Puerto, 30 minutes from Mérida you will find this house with a large private beach, in a residential area so it is very safe, quiet and pleasant

Two plants:
4 Bedrooms with Air Conditioning, (two bedrooms are on the ground floor)
3 bathrooms (2 upstairs and 1 on the ground floor) all with hot water
Kitchen with 6-burner stove and oven, duplex refrigerator, microwave, electric oven and fully equipped with appliances, dishes, glasses, glasses, cutlery, etc.
Living room and dining room overlooking the beach as well as the 4 bedrooms
The whole house has fans, and is also very ventilated and naturally illuminated.
It has a terrace on the top floor and also on the ground floor.
There are hammocks throughout the house
Charcoal Grill
Internet throughout the house and satellite TV.

** I want to inform you that my neighbors have resumed the construction of their house next to this property, so there could be some noise typical of an engineering work **

Beachfront, poolside, and very comfortable
We selected this house because we wanted to explore the Chicxulub and Progresso areas, and also be lazy and enjoy a pool and beach. This did not disappoint at all. The house had all the amenities you need and all the comforts and space you could ask for., including ample outdoor areas.
