Very dissatisfied
Booked and paid for deluxe condo, was given a basic, much smaller condo with no balcony and only one window. The bedroom door wouldn’t even close because the furniture was in the way. Had to slide a huge desk out of the way just to close the door. Front desk told me there was nothing they could do, to take it up with vrbo. I did that and have yet to hear back from them. (Vacation already over). Worst vacation experience of my life.

Property nice if you are on the top floor.....
Beautiful property - but one suggestion - make sure you ask for the top floor! We were on the bottom floor of the condo unit and it sounded like a heard of buffalo was above us. You could hear the toilets flush, people sing Happy Birthday, showers, and feet walking on the floor the entire time they were awake. Miserable. We might as well shared a condo with them. Such a shame since everything else was so nice - but no sleep after 6am and before midnight.

The property was beautiful!
We enjoyed our stay and everything was wonderful. Since it was our first time visiting we just thought we were overwhelmed by the representatives who were selling the timeshare. Other than that the trip was wonderful and everything was so convenient.

Great location. Timeshare property.
The resort is in a prime location between Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. A ton of amenities on property. Waterpark is geared towards little kids- (8 and under). Our room was nice & very spacious with a jacuzzi tub. Had a washer/dryer right outside room door. Only thing I have to say negative: the timeshare sales people hounded us to attend the presentation for the 1st few days. I booked through Homeaway to avoid this. Parking was scarce. No maid service the entire week we stayed. Good thing there was a washer/dryer.
