Grade II listed luxury apartment for four in historic part of Havant. This property is set nicely between Emsworth, Portsmouth and Hayling Island so you can easily get to the beach, harbour village, or attraction filled Portsmouth! The apartment comes with a parking space and is on the doorstep of Havant town which boasts plenty of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. M&S food hall is 5 minute walk away if you want to do a shop as you arrive on your holiday. Pretty Langstone Harbour can also be reached on foot where you will find beautiful waterside pubs and several lovely harbourside walks. The train station is also within easy walking distance and has excellent links to London Waterloo.

1 Vellum Court has been newly refurbished and the large open plan living space will give you plenty of room to cater for all of the family. Cosy down on the large sofa in front of the wide screen TV or sit up at the modern dining table and chairs for a game with a glass of wine or two. The open plan kitchen set with island makes it the perfect spot for entertaining with a further two seats at the breakfast bar. The apartment kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to effectively self cater during your stay including, cooker, kettle, fridge, freezer and washer / dryer.

There are two bedrooms, one very large master double room and one full size twin room. The beautifully light family bathroom has a shower cubicle and good sized wash basin.

Good for a short break.
Great location, A27, station, Hayling Island. Spacious and well appointed, great beds, settee a little too low for some. Like many rental properties it has its foibles that a bit of tlc would quickly resolve. Really enjoyed our week and would readily return, dispite the really poor weather that we had. As our party was 2 couples a second set of keys would be useful and avoid the trips to the key lock box.

Modern interior, with secure parking and convenient location for main roads. Clean and comfortable ground floor accommodation, well appointed and every necessity provided. Also convenient for local shops although the town itself is very run-down.

Perfect stay, lovely location
Wonderful place:Spacious, very well equipped and lovingly decorated rooms. Nice beds, cool rooms on hot days (fell in love with the shutters!). Very light, windows everywhere. All one could wish for is present. Nice large fluffy towels, even perfect reading lights. Close to highway thus ideally located to make day trips and there’s easy on-foot access to large and small stores. Yet super quiet and tranquil place both during day and nighttime. Only pretty sound of whistling birds. Seaside just a short drive away, nice walking. Super stay!!!
