L ’Ulivo is a stone accommodation located along the Otranto-Santa Maria di Leuca coast road, in the Marina di Novaglie, 500 meters from the sea. The structure is within a complex with two other apartments, which can be accessed from a private driveway, equipped with a parking area.
The interior consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom with a large shower and a well-stocked kitchen. Outside, a shady private patio with table, lounge, deck chairs and barbecue.
In the garden, a swimming pool embraced by an English lawn where you can lie down in the cool shade of centuries-old olive trees and variegated plants typical of the Mediterranean scrub.
