About this property

Apartment 2 rooms + cabin on the slopes

Apartment of 29 m2, corner with terrace, exhibition S-N-O, so very bright.
Two rooms + cabin.
- Living room with sofa bed, dining area, flat screen TV, terrace access.
- A bedroom with a double bed.
- Cabin area, with 2 bunk beds.
All rooms (including the cabin) are with window (s).
Fully equipped kitchen (hotplates, dishwasher, combi oven.)
Bathroom and separate WC.


Location: Located just after the snow front, access to ski lifts is done by skiing within 50 m of the building. Direct access to 'l'Olympique' which takes you on Bellevarde, and to 'Solaise Express', towards Solaise.
At the foot of the building is the stop of free buses that lead everywhere !!!

The residence is quiet and has an elevator. Ski lockers are at the RC. Supermarkets deliver at home.

The view is exceptional regardless of the window, on the Face of Bellevarde (Olympic Track), or on the Charvet massif, with the small village of Joseray below.

Access: From Bourg-Saint-Maurice, you can take the bus to the center of Val d'Isère, then the free bus. Or book a taxi:

Paid covered parking is approximately 100m away. of the residence.

Appartement très bien situé , idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en février, avec une météo exceptionnelle, dans cet appartement idéalement situé au pied des pistes et sans nuisances sonores. Grande terrasse ensoleillée. Coin cuisine bien équipé. Bonne literie. Il manque seulement un lave-linge (qui pourrait remplacer le lave-vaisselle existant) Moquette et rideaux un peu anciens, mais ce n'est pas le plus important pour un séjour au ski. Loyer cohérent. Accueil parfait.

Super emplacement au centre de la station
Appartement très bien placé au centre de la station. Il permet un accès immédiat aux pistes de ski du coté de Solaise et de Bellevarde ainsi qu'au centre ville avec la navette au pied de l'immeuble. Situé au 1er étage d'une résidence, il est fonctionnel et bien équipé. Il dispose d'un grand balcon. Nous sommes une famille de 4 personnes (2 adultes + 2 ados) et nous avons apprécié d'avoir 2 petites chambres. Une étagère ou rangement supplémentaire seraient bienvenus dans la chambre adulte. Bon contact avec le propriétaire et la personne sur place. Si vous venez en voiture, il est préférable de réserver le parking à l'avance car Val d'Isère est une station "sans voiture". Nous conseillons cet appartement pour un séjour au pied des pistes de ski dans une station magnifique.

très bon séjour au centre de la station
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette location, très bien placée pour tout. Bien propre, fonctionnelle, avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire et la personne qui s'occupe du ménage et des clefs. Merci

Idéalement placé
Je recommande vivement cette location. Elle est très bien située entre solaise et bellevarde et permet également un accès rapide au centre ville. Super contact avec le propriétaire.
