Outside, guests can enjoy a beautiful garden with a private swimming pool, fenced and reserved for the exclusive use of guests; there is also a barbecue and a large gazebo furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Between the gazebo and the swimming pool there is a bathroom with a shower.
The owners (kind and friendly people) live in a house a few dozen meters from the villa and they are available if needed or for suggestions on what to see and do in the area or where to go to experience the best of Tuscan cuisine.

The villa has Wi-Fi internet connection, 2 children’s cots, air conditioning in all of the bedrooms and the living area. There is a laundry room with washing machine and drier and parking provided at the property.
