Modern and luxurious apartment of 120 square meters, with a beautiful glass lounge / veranda. You enter the living room on the right and on the left there is a practical and modern independent kitchen. The glass door divides the living area from the sleeping area, consisting of a first double bedroom with attached bathroom and another double bedroom with twin beds with adjoining bathroom. Comfort and furnishings with refined finishes. Outside garden with pool to be shared with two more apartments. Free parking in front of the house.

Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Immobilien. Die Lage ist gut, allerdings ohne Auto kaum im vollem Umfang genießbar (am Hang, keine direkten Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe). Uta hat uns stets unterstützt und bei allen laufenden Fragen geholfen. Wenn man ganz kritisch sein dürfte, dann wäre eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung deutlich angemessener, anstatt eine Waschmaschine mit insgesamt 3 Parteien zu teilen (ein Anschluss ist ohnehin in der Wohnung vorhanden). Darüber hinaus wäre es hilfreich, wenn man die Garage mitnutzen könnte, da die Parkmöglichkeiten am Hang je nach Uhrzeit nicht verfügbar waren. Insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung und wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.
