We had a wonderful stay.
We enjoyed sipping coffee and taking in the view from the two balconies. Grocery store, bakery and restaurants were close by. Easy walking to Plaka and Acropolis and Metro. Our host went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and arranged a lovely tour guide for us. Would definitely recommend this spot for your Athens visit.

Wonderful Trip & Stay
We renter this unit for 3 days prior to boarding an Azamara cruise of Greece. I was a great location. So close to excellent restaurants and the Acropolis. We felt very safe in the neighborhood with access to grocery and bakery. Kostis met us with the key and arranged our transfer from the Airport, day tour trip and transfer to the ship. We will definitely be back.
