Holiday Apartment Petrachi consists of 4 apartments of which 2 occupy the ground floor and 2 occupy the first floor. They have been assigned a name to distinguish them.
The apartment called Roca is furnished with care and is equipped with all the comforts: a welcoming, clean and bright space.
The balconies (on the first floor the privacy is guaranteed by outdoor tents) are the ideal place to spend your time outdoors: there are tables and chairs for outdoor use and you can have your meals while admiring the view warming up in the Salento sun.

4 people can be accommodated; this apartment is also ideal for 2 couples.
For children there are available, on request, camping cots with mattresses, excellent quality sheets and pillows and a high chair.
Upon arrival, bed linen (sheets, pillowcases, bedspreads) is always clean and sanitized * during the stay the linen is not changed. Bath towels (towels on request, not included in the price)
Animals are not allowed.
Smoking in the house and throwing cigarettes from the balconies is forbidden. It is forbidden to light fires in the house or outside for safety reasons.
All the apartments share a large space in front which is usually used for parking cars (during the stay we reserve a parking space for each apartment).
The apartments are located in a quiet area; just 5-7 minutes walk from the town center. On foot you can reach the shops, restaurants, fishmongers, shops, pharmacy, etc.
The equipped and / or free beach closest to the apartments is called "Li Marangi" and you can reach it in just 5-7 minutes of walking. The tourist port, the promenade or the shuttle bus stops that will take you to all the beaches and resorts of Melendugno's Marinas are located near the Holiday House. Many events of the summer season wind along the streets parallel to the house along which every Tuesday, throughout the summer season, you will also find the local market.
