Why they chose this property
We like the location because of the quiet neighborhood and great private backyard. The kitchen is huge and wonderful for cooking big meals with friends. We love to use the the bike path that runs right next to the home. The interior of the home is a single story and has an open feel. The Master Bedroom/Bathroom is enormous. The kitchen flows to the living, dining and patio areas nicely. The outdoor patio faces north and great for sitting and relaxing on hot afternoons.
What makes this property unique
Charming 1 Bed, 2 full bath home w/ spacious well-furnished kitchen, large Jetted tub in master bath + smart TVs. Dog Friendly, fully fence yard w/ patio dining, BBQ & Fire Pit to relax & watch the stars. Quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes to downtown!
