Roman Bridge Close is approached via a sweeping driveway. Step inside this spacious detached family home and you’re met by stylish contemporary interiors, decorated in muted shades of grey and white. A charming property for eight guests with comfortable lounge and dining room with French doors onto the large garden.
 
Situated midway between Swansea and Mumbles the property is close to the popular Woodman Pub and The Junction Cafe. It’s also close to Swansea University and a good option for cyclists with cycle paths into the Marina and Mumbles. Further afield, drive along the Gower Peninsular and step back in time with a visit to one of the many castles, stroll along the coastal paths and stop off at one of the fabulous beaches along the way.

Beautiful Holiday Home
The property is beautiful and spacious and very well equipped. We had a family holiday, 4 adults. There was plenty of space and it certainly lived up to, even exceeded the advert online.

Comfortable
Nice house for 4-6persons, with 2 toilets, bath and shower, garden and well equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and good sized lounge. Situated approx 15 mins from Swansea city centre and 10 minutes from Mumbles, in a quiet residential area. The lovely Clyne gardens are very closeby, as is the promenade, and access to the rest of the Gower was easy. The property is looking a bit tired and could do with an upgrade. It would benefit from the installation of a dishwasher, king sized beds, a shower over the bath, and improvements to the garden area. However, it was clean and more than adequate for our needs.
