This villa is rather unique in the way it sits amongst nature and is therefore ideal for bird watchers, peace lovers and people who just want to listen to the silence. From city dwellers to country lovers, it appeals to all with its soft, harmonious surroundings. No traffic, no aircraft, just birdsong and cricket song. Close to the sea but away from the crowds on the coast, Casa Margarita overlooks a valley rich in flora and fauna. Walking straight out of the villa guests can explore the beautiful area on foot. There are good tracks for jogging or power walking with some soft gentle hills for cardio exercise too!
The property is not isolated but stands on its own with no houses overlooking it. However there are some villas close by and they provide a feeling of being in a neighbourhood. It is the best of both worlds! There is a great atmosphere at the little café- restaurant which is walkable from the villa. Visitors gather in the early evening for a drink and a game of bowls and chat about all those light hearted summer activitlies.

The views are mesmerising, especially of the sunsets which happen usually with a glass in hand and a camera to catch the last colourful rays of the day.
The pool is completely private yet it allows you to contemplate the surrounding countryside and mountains from the comfortable sun loungers situated on the terrace next to the pool. On the other side of the villa there is a shady terrace where there are two full length beds placed perfectly to enjoy the stunning views of the hills and the countryside. There is a feeling of independence, as all bedrooms can be accessed without going into the house, because they have French windows opening straight onto the terraces and garden.
The kitchen opens onto the living room which allows for fun times preparing meals together, without the leaving the feeling of isolation which happens in a separate kitchen.
