On the ground floor house has kitchen with large terrace and beautiful sea view. This terrace (about 30 m2) is an open living room and our guests like it very much. On the first floor there is bathroom with toilet and shower, two bedrooms with two beds each, living room with double bed and one auxiliary bed. There is also balcony on the first floor (25 m2). Large terrace (30 m2) on the ground floor has a barbecue. Around the house there are fig and olive trees and another mediteranien plants.
Third terrace is intended for sunbathing and it is close to beach and sea.
In front of the house, there is an open parking place, and two parking places in the garage.
There is a sunbathing area on the coast, reserved for guests. beach and terraces have beautiful views of the open sea.

Perfektes Urlaubsdomizil
Wir haben zwei sehr erholsame Wochen im Juni in dem Haus verbracht. Das Meer liegt keine zehn Schritte vor dem Gartentor. Morgens raus und eine Runde schwimmen, mittags mit dem SUP (Garage) die Bucht erkunden, abends auf der Terrasse grillen oder im Ort essen gehen. Einfach fantastisch! Genau so wie das renovierte kleine Haus mit dem schönen Garten auf mehreren Ebenen (viele Treppen!), die komplett ausgestattete Küche mit zahlreichen Töpfen und Pfannen, mit Geschirr für mindestens 6 Personen. Eine Etage höher das kleine feine Bad mit Dusche, die 3 Schlafzimmer mit sehr guten Betten um Mal richtig auszuschlafen. Alles sehr sauber gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet von Linda und ihrem Mann, die uns bei der Ankunft herzlich empfangen haben und Tage später redlich bemüht waren uns noch einen weiteren Sonnenschirm für den privaten Hausstrand zu besorgen. Wirklich herzig! Überhaupt lief der Kontakt mit den Vermietern und die Wohnungsübergabe reibungslos ab. Was man wissen sollte: die Anfahrt zum Haus ist befestigt aber schmal. Bei Gegenverkehr heißt es rückwärtsfahren bis zur nächsten Einfahrt. Auch der Parkplatz direkt am Haus erfordert fortgeschrittene Fahrkünste. Nachts ist man gut beraten die überall installierten Fliegengitter zu verschließen, denn Moskitos lieben die Region scheinbar auch. Aber wen stört sowas schon im Urlaub ;) Uns und unserem Hund hat es in dem Ferienhaus sehr gut gefallen. Da gehen wir gerne wieder hin!
