A penthouse apartment with boot room and laundry room downstairs. The location is spectacular with a one minute walk to the 8 man bubble lift that takes you to the main ski area.

The apartment is approximately 100 sq m in size (plus front and rear balconies) and features a large living room with open plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet the needs of a mountain holiday, including a fridge/ freezer, over and hob and microwave. There is a dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. There is also a fondue set for a traditional Swiss evening. The dining table seats 10.

There are 4 double bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 double/twin, 1 twin) and a pull down bunk bed in the large hallway that sleeps a further two people.

There are two bathrooms - one with shower cubicle, one with bath (and shower). There is also an additional toilet.

We have beautiful views from both front and back balconies of the apartment – overlooking the wooded paths and bisse to the rear and the fantastic mountain panorama and the Rhone valley at the front.

There is one dedicated parking space in the multi-storey car park opposite. Other parking is possible in the resort at a small price.

Veysonnaz is a small, unspoilt mountain village in the heart of the French speaking Valais region of Switzerland. A bubble lift links the village to the famed 4 Vallees ski area. This area offers superb skiing on 410 marked pistes, with 89 lifts, and snow cannons to guarantee excellent snow conditions.

An ideal summer location too with its mountain lakes and beautiful forests. There are 300km of signposted mountain paths for hikers and mountain bikers alike. There is a summer club for kids and adults, swimming pool (also open in the winter season), tennis courts and playground. The bubble lift is open during the summer from late June to mid September.

Under 2 hours by car/ train from Geneva, the apartment overlooks the town of Sion, the oldest town in Switzerland. Just 15-20 minutes drive away, Sion has two castles. a theatre, cinema, museums, an amazing outdoor swimming pool and all the shopping you could want or need. There are also vineyards scattered throughout the region.
